Wealthkeep ("we," "us," "our") is a personal finance tracking application. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Wealthkeep, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Wealthkeep is built around information you choose to enter yourself. We don't connect to your bank accounts or pull data automatically — everything in your account comes from what you type in or import.
We use your information solely to operate Wealthkeep for you: rendering your dashboards, calculating totals and projections, sending account-related email (like password resets), and keeping your account secure. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
A small number of outside services support specific features:
Neither service receives your financial data. We don't share your transactions, balances, income, or any other financial information with any third party.
Your data is stored in a database on infrastructure we control. We take reasonable technical measures — including password hashing and encrypted transport (HTTPS) — to protect it, but no system is completely immune to risk, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies.
You can review and edit almost everything in your account directly within the app. You can also ask us to export or permanently delete your account and all associated data — contact us using the details below and we'll take care of it.
Wealthkeep is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly.
Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to the account contact listed in your Wealthkeep settings.
