Using Wealthkeep

By creating an account, you agree to these terms. You must provide accurate information when you sign up, and you're responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Your data

You own the financial and personal information you enter into Wealthkeep. We store it in order to provide the service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter — Wealthkeep calculates and displays based on what you provide, and can't verify it against your actual bank or investment accounts.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Wealthkeep for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service;
• Attempt to access another user's account or data without authorization;
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the underlying code or data structures of the service beyond your own account;
• Use the service to store or transmit information you don't have the right to store.

Availability

We aim to keep Wealthkeep available and your data accurate and safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be unavailable at times for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control. We recommend keeping your own backups of anything critical (for example, exporting statements or records important to your taxes).

Termination

You can stop using Wealthkeep and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, misuses the service, or poses a security risk to the platform or other users.

Disclaimer of warranties

Wealthkeep is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any calculation, projection, or figure will be accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wealthkeep and its operator won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including financial decisions made based on information in the app.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, let you know directly. Continuing to use Wealthkeep after a change means you accept the updated terms.
